Harley Spring
Harley’s dynamic career has led him to many different industries and leading corporations including aerospace (Boeing), retail/clothing (Nordstrom), advanced technology (Intel) and financial services (The Standard, NWPS and Raymond James Financial).
Harley is a proven management leader overseeing teams of all sizes across diverse domains and geographic locations, including supply chain management, manufacturing, operations, information technology, sales and service.
Harley has also led efforts to stabilize companies in preparation for long-term investment and sale. Harley’s breadth of experiences positions him as an excellent manager of businesses, including those facing financial instability.
Jon Cohen
Jon has extensive experience as a real estate broker and attorney in the fields of creditor rights, bankruptcy, business reorganizations and financial workouts, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Jon also served as in-house counsel to an independent financial services company, providing counsel to the leadership team in all aspects of company operations, including corporate governance, sales, program development, financial workouts, and the hiring and management of outside legal counsel.
Jon’s valuable experience allows him to bring a broad range of skill and knowledge to any troubled financial situation in need of a trustee or receiver.
